Shipping, Returns + FAQs

July 31st - Closing Date - we will be out of office until September 4th

August 5th - Our last day for posting orders (Please order before 11am)

September 4th - We will be back with an update, and to post out any orders placed over August.

SHIPPING

We post out once a week on Tuesday using RM48 or international tracked and signed with Royal Mail, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is packed up and on it's way. If you need your order quickly, eg. for a gift or event, please email us and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Brexit Update: Zilla is based in the UK. Unfortunately if you live in a country where duty / extra taxes is payable on goods imported from the UK, please note this is not included within the cost of the item.

Sadly this is out of our control and these costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not be able to refund shipping costs on any overseas orders that are declined because of this.

RETURNS

Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

If you purchase a made-to-order, or commission a custom made product, we will not be able to refund or exchange, so please be sure about your size and style before ordering.

Please do check our measurement spec and size guides when ordering :-) We can accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is still in new condition. 

We are a very small business and margins are tight so we cannot pay for the postage of returns, please send with tracking as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in the post.

If you would like to exchange your item, postage of the new item will be free of charge :-)

If you would prefer a refund we will process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the item, please do not return items after 30 days as we will not be able to process your refund.

Please include a note with your order number or name, your reason for returning and if you would like an exchange, details of the new item.

CARE

Our designs are hand made using multi textured appliquéd and printed fabrics, due to the special finish on some of our fabrics please follow our washing instructions carefully! We wash test all of our fabrics to ensure our products are of a high quality. Some of our metallic fabric is particularly sensitive to heat and harsh chemicals so we recommend any items with this fabric are hand washed in cold water with a mild non bio detergent. 

For all of our other designs: Machine wash inside out on a hand wash cycle at 30 degrees with minimal detergent.

Do not use detergent containing bleach or fabric softener (including 2 in 1s) as they may damage the finish.

Please iron inside out and do not tumble dry.

Not only will following these instructions ensure maximum longevity of the garment but it will help the environment too :-)

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if care instructions have not been followed.
